Clinivi works with a range of organisations in different capacities. Some organisations listed may be direct paying clients, while others may be affiliated organisations, referral partners, or organisations we have worked alongside in a professional capacity.
In some cases, Clinivi is commissioned by organisations to provide independent complaint adjudication and complaint management services. Where this applies, Clinivi is paid for the provision of the service only — not for any specific outcome. Our fees remain the same regardless of the adjudication decision reached.
Clinivi operates with complete professional independence. We have no involvement in, or influence over, the operational activity of the organisations we work with, and they have no influence over Clinivi's adjudication decisions. All decisions are evidence-based, documented, and final within the scope of the commissioned process.
Clinivi has extensive experience in healthcare complaints management. With clinical, counselling, and formal complaint investigation training, we are required to demonstrate and evidence impartiality at all times.
